Depression because of Indirect Inguinal Hernia

There were times that you are really down because of this chronic disability (indirect inguinal hernia), Even though it does not really feel painful on most cases you will feel disabled and movements were limited especially lifting objects which are heavy because the hernia will protrude most of the time you will useless and do not have the courage to tell someone that you can't lift that thing because of your hernia. That is what people suffering from indirect hernia feels, really a tough obstacle which can really turn into a depression been there done that but I did not gave up.
