Personal Experience with Indirect Inguinal Hernia

Before when I was a child, I was really thin (ectomorph a term use on body building forums and fitness forums for skinny guys) and shy, that is why when I am in college (I think I was 16 years old by that time) I decided to hit the gym and to gain some muscles and added weight in order for me to boost my confidence and to improve my appearance. As far as I can remember I was 16 years old by that time. I went to the gym for almost every other day that was my routine back then I think that was my routine for 2 consecutive years. Lifting heavy weights (every other day), eating heavily and drinking supplements for bodybuilding is my daily routine. I gained a lot of muscles, I added some gains from 90 lbs standing 5'9" after 2 years of lifting I became 130 lbs 5'11" and I still continue to lift heavy weights. I was really strong by that time I can bench up to 160 lbs as I can remember on a flat bench press.

Suddenly after my training session at the gym, when I am about to get home I felt something wrong in me I am having nausea I thought it was only normal because I was really tired at that time for the reason that I ride a bicycle on going to the gym and vice versa. So I took a rest, and I felt okay so the other day it happened again every time after my lifting set it felt strange. So I went home immediately upon urinating I found a small lump that is protruding at the top of my right testicle I was terrified when I first time saw it because it was the first time that I saw something like that happened to me, I thought it was cancerous and I worried and I was stressed about it. When you touch the lump it feels like a soft tissue and if you push it upwards it will be gone and it will come again if you lift something heavy our cough, afterwards my present condition is getting clearer to me. So I researched about it in the internet and found out that the symptoms that showing off through my body is cause of an "Indirect Inguinal Hernia". I was really stress because I know that it will slow down my body building progress. But I still lift weights but I made it lighter than my usual routine and I did not told my parents about my situation because I am afraid that it will cost them a lot of money because of surgery which the doctors in the internet are telling that the only solution for it is surgery!

I still continued my body building routine and I did not let the hernia hinder me to reach my fitness goals. I was not experiencing any pain at all on my inguinal hernia that is why I did not took it seriously. And there was this one time after a 120 lbs inclined bench press I felt something weird after my training I went to the bathroom to take a defecate and I was terrified when I saw that my stool has blood on it. From then on I stop my training for a while and stopped lifting weights until I was healed what I did is thorough research and disciple, in this site and my eBook I will share to you specifically how I battled with hernia and self-healed it naturally. You will learn my diet, techniques, exercises, routines and some tips. Best of luck in battling your indirect inguinal hernia!
